Welcome to HireFast (also accessible as Hire Fast from https://hirefast.pk and https://app.hirefast.pk). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of HireFast's AI-assisted resume building, document tailoring, application tracking, and career search services.
By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. The HireFast Platform
HireFast is a dedicated career platform built to help candidates apply for jobs more effectively. Our services include:
- Importing and digitizing existing resumes (PDF, Word DOCX, Markdown).
- Analyzing employer requirements and matching job posting fit scores.
- Generating ATS-optimized tailored resumes, cover letters, and email outreach drafts.
- Organizing job applications across a personal Kanban lifecycle tracker.
- Optional integration with Google (Gmail and Google Calendar) for interview tracking.
2. User Accounts & Security
To access the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide honest, genuine career information and accurate personal details.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and security tokens.
- Promptly notify us at info@hirefast.pk if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
3. 100% User Content Ownership
You grant HireFast only the limited license required to process, format, and display your data within your authenticated workspace as requested by you.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use HireFast to:
- Impersonate any person or provide intentionally false identity or credential information.
- Distribute unsolicited spam, harassment, or malicious communications to employers.
- Interfere with, overload, or compromise the technical integrity of our servers and APIs.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the proprietary layout algorithms of the platform without permission.
5. Google Workspace & Third-Party Integrations
HireFast provides optional features to connect your Google account via OAuth to send job applications and sync recruiter replies:
- Your use of Google services through HireFast is governed by Google's Terms of Service and the HireFast Privacy Policy.
- HireFast complies strictly with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You retain complete control to disconnect Google integrations at any time directly in your account settings.
6. Job Postings & Hiring Disclaimer
HireFast indexes job postings from multiple global platforms and assists in optimizing application materials. However:
- HireFast is not an employment agency or employer. We do not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, or hiring outcomes.
- Hiring decisions are made entirely at the sole discretion of the prospective employers.
- Users are solely responsible for reviewing and proofreading all AI-generated resumes and cover letters before submitting them to employers.
7. Service Availability & Modifications
We continuously improve HireFast. We reserve the right to update features, perform maintenance, or enhance platform capabilities with the aim of providing the best possible user experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HireFast and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
9. Termination & Data Deletion
You may stop using HireFast at any time. You have the right to export your complete data (JSON format) and permanently delete your account and all associated records in 1-click via Settings → Your data → Delete everything.
